Dr Esther Briganti graduated from Monash University with a degree in medicine with honours, and completed her specialty training in Endocrinology in Melbourne at the Austin Hospital.
She then undertook post-graduate studies and obtained a Master of Clinical Epidemiology and completed a Ph.D in the area of public health and epidemiology.
She has specialty interests in the management of patients with diabetes and in particular, gestational diabetes. She is involved in the perioperative care of patients requiring ophthalmic surgery. She also has a special interest in thyoid disorders.
Dr Briganti is also the director of Specialists Online which is a telehealth service provider.
Dr Briganti is fluent in Italian.
